She was sound asleep and completely content with her finger placement.
A Day in the Life
She wakes up, she plays, she loves her Daddy. Our little NP seems content with her current lifestyle.
Getting her out of her crib is so fun, especially when she’s already awake and cooing. I have to admit, I love to catch her off guard. Then I get to laugh at her “Huh?!? Oh. Hi, Mommy!” reaction.
Nora spends a good part of her day playing. She can amuse herself for a pretty long time. (Surely 15 minutes is a long time, infant-wise?)
She has had a fascination with her mirror for awhile. But now she thinks her reflection is her hilarious best friend.
Now that she’s able to roll onto her tummy and hangs out there for awhile, she’s been working on her Superman and Michael Phelps impressions.
Of course, one of the best parts of her day is when her daddy comes home from work. She’s always ready for him.

Birthday, Daddy!
Lauren had this fun picture displayed on the computer screen the morning of my birthday.
My favorite part is all the silly little phrases like “Pick me up!” and “This is the best!”
