My girls

Ok, so I’ll probably way over-use this title over time. Get used to it.

Lauren remarked that one day they’ll show this at Nora’s wedding. And I about fell apart.

We didn’t really dress the part wearing our brown and black. But Nora sure did.

Yesterday we ventured to the annual Tulip Festival which is about an hour north of us.
It was quite a stunning backdrop, so this week’s pictures pull from the over 220 we took.

Have a great weekend, y’alls!

This is Nora’s precious little “monkey grip” we were trying to capture. She just kind of latches on in the most adorable way.
And in the middle of it, she decided to just start letting them fly, resulting in Lauren’s big laughing smile.

We often find Nora resting her hands right on top her eyelids when she’s asleep.

No kidding that Nora loves when it’s time to change her diaper. She loves looking up and smiling at the pictures on the wall.

First week back to the real-world wasn’t that terrible. My girls make it worth the while.

Poor thing. All those hearts don’t make getting a shot any easier.

From the floor to the crib. One of those rare times you just
don’t have to wrap her up cause she’s so zonked out.
Today was my first day back to work since taking my paternity leave. What a great break I had! To top it all off, I get to come home to this great video that Lauren took today before Nora’s bath time. Enjoy!
Naturally, I feel like I missed about a month’s worth of her development just by being gone about 9 hours.

Today I leave la-la land and head back into the real-world. I’m thinking I’ll be watching the clock pretty closely…
