I am so sorry that I missed the family summit. It sounds like it was a ton of fun, and REALLY tasty. I was thinking of you all from London, where I had my own Mexican feast at the former Texas Embassy that has been turned into an excellent Tex-Mex cantina. It was so good that I bought the commemorative t-shirt! I love you guys and cannot wait to see you (in less than 2 months!) - Tiffany

On the food bit, Lauren: I'm for it. But in the meantime I'm busy just trying to learn the best way to cut fruits and vegetables. (click on the hands for illustrations)

And finally: Know Your Cuts of Meat." Now you can play along at home!

That was so, so fun having all of the Teagues and Petrellas/Robinsons together. And more good times to come...thanks to you guys! Although I can't accept credit for anything but the fruit salad, I can say that Silas and I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in the yummy chocolate-covered strawberries Lauren made and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies from Mandy/Mrs. Petrella! Anyone who can make dessert like that is certainly welcomed to the family in my book. ;)

The hospitality of the Teagues is an amazing experience and our family is very appreciative. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed into your lovely home! It was kind of like stepping into a Southern Living photo spread---and all to honor Josh and Lauren. Mrs P
